Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Relay (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Relay provides a customer-relationship and communication workspace for real estate professionals, including contacts, pipeline, transactions, messaging, and marketing tools. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for any content you create or send through the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Relay to send spam or unlawful communications, to violate the rights of others, or to breach any applicable law or the policies of connected providers (including Google and email/SMS regulations such as CAN-SPAM and applicable consent requirements).

5. Third-party services

Relay integrates with third-party services (such as Google, Stripe, and messaging infrastructure providers). Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms presented at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
